der Aufgabe, ein Zuhause zu schaffen f\u00fcr Seelenpflege-bed\u00fcrftige erwachsene Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>Die sozialtherapeutische Arbeit des Vereins basiert hierbei auf der anthroposophischen Lehre Rudolf Steiners. Der Mensch in seiner Gesamtheit bildet den Mittelpunkt allen Geschehens und l\u00e4sst sich als Einheit von K\u00f6rper, Seele und Geist verstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Iona bietet eine ganzj\u00e4hrige Betreuung. Diese bezieht sich auf die gesamte Lebens-Umwelt der betreuten Menschen und umfasst alle Bereiche des Lebens.<\/p>\n<p>Die sorgf\u00e4ltige und gegenwartsbewusste Verbindung von Traditionen und Visionen des Vereins zeigt sich in der zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Umsetzung bew\u00e4hrter und neuer sozialtherapeutischer Konzepte. Hieraus entsteht ein gesundes Klima der Best\u00e4ndigkeit und Offenheit f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderung und Entwicklung.<br \/>\nDie Kunst der Bildung einer harmonischen, sch\u00fctzenden und tragf\u00e4higen Gemeinschaft steht im Vordergrund der Betreuungsarbeit und baut auf die einf\u00fchlsame R\u00fccksichtnahme und angemessene Anpassung jedes Einzelnen. Individuelle Wohnformen innerhalb des Vereins erm\u00f6glichen die alters- und entwicklungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Lebensgestaltung der betreuten Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>Das lebendige Wechselspiel zwischen den Interessen der Gemeinschaft und den individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Einzelnen basiert auf einem intensiven Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis im t\u00e4glichen Miteinander.
